This refers to information directly asked from the visitor specifically our clients. These are pieces of information that CAN pinpoint our client's whereabouts and contact information.
Castlemelody collects these pieces of information in order to carry out order requests effectively. We only take necessary information such as name and email address. Others are optional like mailing address and business or home phone. We encourage our clients to give us these pieces of information in order to coordinate to them efficiently.

Castlemelody keeps all the information it gathers with strict confidentiality. We will NOT sell nor distribute names and email addresses and all other pieces of information to any third party. Be assured that we do our business with strict observance to this policy. Emails are safely guarded by careful observance of secrecy of passwords. Unauthorized persons do not and cannot read your emails to us.
