All design projects worth 200 U.S. dollars or less are prepaid. Otherwise, they are divided into two payments:
50% up front and 50% upon completion.

Refunds can only be made within 30 days from payment. A full refund is issued for the following causes:

Undelivery of sketch within ten (10) days from order.
Undelivery of colored version within ten (10) days from approval of sketch.
Undelivery of source file within five(5) days from approval of colored version.

Notes: (1) Prepaid projects can be refunded in full upon valid request. (2) Before a refund is issued, the client is required to fax back a signed Affidavit of Document Destruction that will be provided by Castlemelody.
